To confirm your model, look at the label on the back of your product and verify that the model number says VC500CXT.
The VC500CXT uses an older chipset that is not compatible with Windows 10 or 11. To support newer operating systems, we released an updated model, the VC500SE, which works with both Windows and Mac. The VC500SE can be purchased here.
