4. AI Chat Assistant

Our website offers an AI chat assistant that answers questions about our products, setup, and drivers.

How it works: Some questions are answered from our own help articles and approved answers. Others are sent, together with the recent messages in your conversation and relevant passages from our help articles, to Google’s Gemini AI service, which writes the answer.
Google’s use of chat messages: Messages sent to Google are handled under Google’s terms for the Gemini API. Under those terms, Google may use the content to provide and improve its products, and human reviewers at Google may read it. Please do not enter sensitive information in the chat, such as payment card numbers, passwords, or account details.
AI answers can be wrong: Answers are generated automatically and may contain mistakes. For anything important, please check our setup guides or contact [email protected].
Order lookup: If you check an order in the chat, your order number and email address are checked directly against our store records. They are not sent to the AI service.
Contacting our team: If you use the chat’s contact form, your name, email address, message, and the chat conversation are emailed to our support team so we can reply to you.
What we keep: Your conversation is stored in your browser and is cleared when you close the browser tab. We keep a record of questions asked in the chat, with email addresses, phone numbers, card numbers, and order numbers automatically removed, to improve our answers. If you rate an answer as not helpful, we keep that conversation (with card numbers removed) so our team can review and improve it. These chat records are deleted automatically after 90 days.
Not for children: The chat assistant is intended for users 18 and older.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We may use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your experience, remember preferences, and collect analytics to improve our website. Our chat assistant stores your current conversation in your browser’s session storage so it stays open as you move between pages; it is cleared when you close the tab. You can disable cookies, but some features may not function properly.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
