Common Issues and Driver Installation
If you are experiencing problems with your DS3900V2 docking station such as no display output, incorrect resolution, or detection issues, most of these can be resolved by installing or updating the DisplayLink driver.
Install the DisplayLink Driver
- Visit the official DisplayLink driver download page:

- Scroll down slightly on the page until you see the list of available downloads.
- Select and download the correct driver for your operating system (Windows, macOS, etc.).
- Install the driver and restart your computer if prompted.
Why This Fixes Most Issues
The DS3900V2 uses DisplayLink technology for video output. If the driver is missing, outdated, or corrupted, the dock may not function properly. Installing the latest driver ensures compatibility and stable performance.
