Shipping Policy

This policy applies only to orders placed directly through diamondmm.com. Orders purchased through other online or retail partners are subject to the policies of those sellers.
Diamond Multimedia ships products where service is available through our logistics partners and where we are registered to process and deliver orders.
Order Processing
Please allow up to 24 hours for us to process your order. Once your item ships, you will receive an email with tracking details, typically within 48 hours after purchase.
USA Orders
Most shipments within the United States arrive within 3–7 business days after you receive your shipping confirmation email.
We can ship to physical street addresses, PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and U.S. territories, including Puerto Rico.
Worldwide Orders
International customers are welcome, but shipping availability and pricing vary by destination.
Before ordering from outside the United States, please contact [email protected] so we can provide a shipping quote and estimated delivery timeline.
Due to international regulations, customs requirements, and handling limitations, we may not be able to ship replacements or handle certain return issues to some regions.
Delays and Delivery Issues
Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs, or other factors outside of our control.
If tracking shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, please first contact the carrier or local delivery office for assistance. If the issue remains unresolved, reach out to [email protected] and we will help you move forward.
Shipping Providers
Diamond Multimedia ships using UPS and USPS for all orders. Carriers may vary based on destination, shipping method, and product type.
Some orders may arrive in multiple shipments depending on product availability and warehouse routing. Each shipment will include its own tracking email upon dispatch.
