Return, Exchange, Billing, and Refund Policy

This policy applies only to purchases made directly through diamondmm.com. Orders placed through other retailers or marketplaces are subject to the policies of those respective sellers.

Diamond Multimedia is committed to providing an excellent shopping experience. We understand that sometimes a product may not be the perfect fit, and we strive to make returns and exchanges smooth and straightforward.


Returns

We will issue a refund for qualifying products returned within the guidelines listed below, including any applicable sales taxes.

One-Year Limited Warranty

All new Diamond Multimedia products include a one-year limited warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship.

If a product fails due to a qualifying defect within the first year of ownership, we will repair or replace the item. To request warranty assistance, please contact [email protected] and provide your order information and if possible the product serial number.


Return & Exchange Requirements

  • You must contact us about any return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Returns must include the original packaging, accessories, and be in good physical condition.
  • Once your return is approved, you may request a refund or an exchange.

Diamond Multimedia reserves the right to reject a return if the product or packaging is damaged, missing required components, or has been altered. If a return is rejected, the customer may choose to have the product shipped back to them. If not, we will responsibly recycle or dispose of the item.

Diamond Multimedia does not hold customers responsible for damage caused in transit due to shipping carrier handling issues.


How to Start a Return or Exchange

  2. If approved, we will provide instructions for sending your product back.
  3. Ship the product to the address provided in the instructions.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund or ship the replacement based on your preference.

Billing Policy

Purchases made on diamondmm.com require valid billing and shipping information. Payments are processed securely through PayPal. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are the authorized owner of the payment method used, and you grant us permission to charge for the product cost along with any applicable taxes, shipping, or service fees shown at checkout.

When an order is placed, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. This confirmation does not indicate acceptance of your order. Your purchase is officially accepted once your item has been shipped and you receive a shipment confirmation email.

If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you may return it in original condition within 30 days of purchase for a refund, subject to this policy. After the 30-day return window, warranty terms apply to issues related to product defects only.


Third-Party Payment Services

Diamond Multimedia currently processes customer payments through PayPal. If you choose to make a payment through PayPal, your purchase may also be subject to PayPal terms, policies, and agreements. We encourage you to review PayPal policies before completing your purchase.
