How to install the VC500 on Windows 11 & 10

Note: For installing on Windows 10, skip Step 3.

Step 1:

Download the software from: https://www.dmmdownload.com/downloads/CURRENT/PVR/VC500W10PD_Complete_install.zip 

Step 2:

Extract the downloaded file. Right click the file and select Extract All

Step 3:

In the search bar type Core isolation and open Core Isolation. Click on Core isolation details and turn memory integrity off. The computer will ask to Restart the computer, so Restart the computer when prompted.

Step 4:

Back to the extracted folder, go to the Driver Folder. Then go to the x64 folder. Before clicking Setup64 make sure the product is connected to the computer! Now open Setup64

Step 5:

Install the driver. Click OK or Upgrade when prompted. After it finishes installing it will say SUCCESS and SUCCESS and then you can click OK. You have installed the driver and now need to install the video recording software that we provide called EZ Grabber or Power Director.
