Welcome to the DIAMOND MULTIMEDIA knowledge base. This section is dedicated to help assist any issues that you may experience with a DIAMOND MULTIMEDIA product ans Vista os.

We have only performed tests using the 32-bit version of Windows Vista. Generally speaking the devices will need specific 64bit drivers to function within the 64-bit version of Vista !

    * There are issues with the current release of the driver. For now use the built in support that Vista offers. The built in driver functions quite well.
  • PVR -   Which Diamond PVR products work in Vista?
    PVR560, PVR660, HDTV110, VC500 all work from within Vista.

    * The VC500 driver will install and function within Vista using the Application that is packaged with the VC500. The VC500 will not work within the Media Center Shell.
