Marketing Manager

Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to manage and create strategic marketing plans for Ecommerce, Retail and Distribution segments of our core business. This position will work with senior staff and sales managers to execute marketing programs and marketing deliverables that will drive awareness, preference, and sales of Diamond Multimedia products with strategic channel partners while upholding Diamond’s brand. This position requires a deep understanding of consumer electronic products, retail, etail merchandising, effective promotions, and the use of online and social media marketing.
Candidates must have proven previous experience in marketing of consumer electronics and computer products and ability to launch new products in highly competitive market.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing plans for Ecommerce, Retail and Distribution.
- Work with sales managers to create promotions, along with channel partners to
increase sell-through and drive Diamond market share.
- Leads development of the channel programs (MDF, promotions, etc) and drives quarterly promotion.
- Responsible for developing strong online brand awareness and Diamond web site.
- Manage new product rollouts with clear deliverables and marketing plan execution.
- Collaborate with technology partners developing marketing plans.
- Drive sell-through by supporting consumer demand generation and awareness.
- Responsible for developing marketing programs for expanding Diamond’s market share.
- Mange marketing expenses and ROI.
Desire Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s in business, marketing, or communications required.
- 5+ years experience in marketing of consumer electronics and computer products.
- 2+ years experience specifically in online marketing.
- Strong track record of budget/quota delivery.
- Excellent communications, planning and P&L proficiency required.
- Ability to develop and deliver presentations, and manage social networking media.
- Experience promoting via Internet advertising and online marketing promotion techniques.
- Knowledge of new products launch and managing products life cycle.
Proficiency with PC and all MS Office suite products required; familiarity with various Adobe design software products preferred.
